Sotara is a small, focused team with more than 50 years of combined experience working in and around UK education. Our backgrounds span school administration, IT support, admissions, operations, human resources, marketing, finance, reporting and data compliance. Every product we build is shaped by people who have sat in the same chair as the staff using it.
We know what a school office looks like at 8am on a Monday. We know the frustration of a spreadsheet that won't reconcile, a paper sign-in book that gets lost, or a GDPR query that arrives without warning. That lived experience is not incidental. It is the reason our products are designed the way they are. Every feature exists because someone on our team has personally felt the problem it solves.
