What it does
Each task is marked MUST or SHOULD and grouped under governance, registration, procedures, training and review.
Record who your Responsible Person is, their role, their email and the date they were appointed.
Note whether the premises is registered with the SIA, when it was registered and any follow-up.
Log evacuation, invacuation, lockdown and communication drills with the date, who logged them and notes.
Record the review date, the next review due, the minute reference and who signed it off for the governing body or trust board.
