What it does
Set up an evening with a booking window, slot length and audience. Meet generates the appointment times and tells you what to do next.
Parents book from their phone, join a waiting list for full slots and get reminders. They can print a compact plan for the evening.
Parents' evenings overrun because nobody watches the clock. Teachers see who is next and whether the evening is running late.
Online evenings get a Teams meeting created for you. In-person evenings show the location instead.
Pupils, staff, parent contacts and teaching sets come from iSAMS. Emails go out with your school's logo, colours and footer.
Add up to five colleagues to a confirmed appointment, or invite a parent to meet about a child outside any evening.
